During that time she developed an affinity for the wildlife and their habitats, and started painting them using her eye for detail.

Realism and accuracy are keys to most of her work, but a sense of humour is also apparent. She is an advocate for the preservation of the world's natural history and concentrates on endangered species.

"There is much we can learn from nature!"
